TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. By clicking the submit button on the registration page, and provided you are 18 years of age or older, you will be deemed to have consented to enter into the following agreement with 7Red.com and to accept its terms and conditions (T&Cs). Please read the agreement carefully or consult legal counsel in your jurisdiction if you have any doubts about your rights and obligations, and keep a copy for your records.

2. From time to time, certain provisions of the T&Cs may be updated. Each change will take effect immediately, and you will be deemed to have accepted such changes without further notice from 7Red.com.

Purpose of Agreement

1. The purpose of this Agreement is to regulate the legal relationship between you and 7Red.com once you have entered the 7Red.com website (hereinafter the "Website") and placed your bet.

2. Neither 7Red.com nor the User shall commit or purport to commit the other to any obligation not specifically provided for in these T&Cs.

Registration

1. To register with 7Red.com, you must be 18 years of age or older. 7Red.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to verify your details and may request further evidence of your age at any time. We may suspend or terminate your participation if we believe you are a minor.

2. All players are welcome at 7Red.com, but due to gambling restrictions, we do not accept players from the following countries: [list remains unchanged].

3. Your username and password must be kept confidential. If you believe someone has gained access to your login details, you must contact 7Red.com immediately. You are responsible for any unauthorized activity on your account.

4. Only one account is allowed per person, IP address, or household. Any breach may result in account closure and removal of winnings or bonuses. Refunds of deposits across multiple accounts are at our discretion.

5. Only the registered account holder may use their account. Any third-party access must be explicitly approved by both the account owner and 7Red.com.

6. 7Red.com reserves the right to review and investigate accounts and winnings for up to 30 days before making a decision.

8. Winnings will only be awarded to the account owner who claims them.

9. You must ensure your personal details remain up to date in your 7Red.com account.

Taxes

1. 7Red.com will not disclose your net winnings. If your jurisdiction taxes such winnings, it is your sole responsibility to report them.

Declarations by User

The User declares and warrants that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are not a permanent resident or citizen of Anjouan.
• You are solely responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• The personal information you provided is accurate and complete.
• You are participating in gambling for personal use only.
• You will not create or use multiple accounts.
• You understand and accept the rules and procedures of betting as outlined.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves a risk of losing money.
• The funds you use for betting are not of illegal origin.

Declarations by 7Red.com

7Red.com declares and warrants that:

• 7Red.com is incorporated under the laws of Anjouan and fully licensed.
• Operations target users who are legally permitted to gamble in their jurisdiction.
• Users' personal data is handled confidentially per the Privacy Policy.
• 7Red.com is not liable for service interruptions, delays, or losses caused by force majeure, server failures, or other uncontrollable events.
• All user data, including login and payment information, is protected by advanced encryption. However, we are not liable for third-party breaches.
• Employees and consultants of 7Red.com, and their immediate families, are not allowed to place bets on the site.

Rules and Regulations

• All bets are subject to the rules and regulations of 7Red.com, including updates to payout procedures and betting rules.
• 7Red.com is not responsible for issues with your ISP or resulting disputes.
• Withdrawing any amount will reset your account's casino chips.
• We may request ID or verification documents at any time. Failure to comply may lead to account suspension or permanent closure.
• 7Red.com is not liable for downtime, disruptions, or lag. Refunds are at management’s discretion.

Copyrights / Trademarks

• 7Red.com retains copyright over all website content. Users must respect all trademarks and exercise caution online.
• References to third-party products or services do not imply endorsement by 7Red.com.
• 7Red.com is not liable for the accuracy or legality of third-party content or ads accessible via its site.

Termination

• You may terminate this agreement at any time by notifying 7Red.com.
• 7Red.com may edit or terminate this agreement at its discretion. VIP status will be forfeited upon account closure.
• Upon termination, any remaining funds, minus outstanding debts, will be refunded.
• Termination does not affect either party’s right to recover any amount legally due.

Applicable Law / Jurisdiction and Disputes

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of Anjouan.
• You must verify your account balance before betting. All claims must be made within three (3) days of the disputed bet.
• Red Ace Limited, which operates this site, holds an operating license in Anjouan.
• Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
• Tape recordings or backups shall be the final authority in all disputes.
• Disputes must be submitted to the competent court in Anjouan, which has exclusive jurisdiction.

General Bonus Terms

• One account per user, IP, or household.
• Standard bonus conditions apply unless otherwise stated. Bonuses are given as casino chips and cannot be cashed out. Winnings from chips are withdrawable.
• Bonuses are credited automatically unless noted.
• Bonuses cannot be used in the Live Casino; only real money applies.
• Manual withdrawals below €150 require a deposit. Maximum withdrawal without deposit is €200.
• 7Red.com may cancel or adjust bonuses in cases of error, fraud, or abuse.
• Accounts may be suspended or banned in cases of bonus abuse.
• If multiple users collude to abuse a bonus, all related accounts may be blocked and funds withheld.
• In case of translation discrepancies, the English version of these terms prevails.
• Minimum deposit is €10. VIP membership starts after the first deposit, with 10%–30% bonuses based on VIP level.
• Loyalty levels and VIP status may be changed at our discretion.
• Large withdrawals may be paid in weekly installments up to €5,000.
• 7Red.com is operated under an Anjouan gaming license issued to Red Ace Limited.
• Online gambling may be prohibited in some jurisdictions. Players are responsible for complying with local laws.

THIS AGREEMENT IS DEEMED ACCEPTED AND SIGNED BY YOU ON THE DATE ON WHICH YOU SUBMITTED THE REGISTRATION FORM.
